Imagine this... A SICK THANKSGIVING!

I know this comes to no surprise to anyone that knows my children, but we had a SICK thanksgiving this year. We always go up to Scott's parents house the night before Thanksgiving... but this year, we had to go to the doctor for all 3 of my children. Yep, even little Maci was sick. So we decided to opt out of traveling so we wouldn't' get anyone else sick and I was a little worried that since Braxton wheezes so bad with this asthma, I didn't' want him to be away from me either. (The boys always spend the night with their grandparents).

So poor Scott was on the phone with his mama on Thanksgiving morning saying that we were going to have beanie weenies and chicken nuggets for Thanksgiving lunch. I know his mama though we were pitiful, but I didn't' know we were not going to be traveling so I didn't go to the grocery store. BAD MAMA and Wife, I know. We really missed seeing Scott's family since we don't' get to see them as often as we would like.

But we did get to go to my mama's house Thursday night because everyone seemed to be doing a lot better after having 2 doses of antibiotics. Over there, we got some really good food that my mama cooked and the boys had a blast playing together. Maci was a little fussy, but at least we were able to experience a little Thanksgiving fun!

I did get a couple poses from them though. WE have some STRONG boys... and even a little pee on one of them! They just didn't have time to stop and pee! (see Parker 2 pictures down)

And this is what happens when Scott leaves one of the boys with me by myself... he comes home to a boy with pig tails. But man, how cute is he??????

Oh how this made me soooo HAPPY!

Now that I have a girl, I can honestly say that I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS wanted a little girl. One thing that I was so excited about having a little girl was to...

PUT A BOW IN HER HAIR!!!

It is not exactly where a bow belongs, but I guarantee as long as I can get one in there, she WILL be wearing it as much as possible now!!

Going to the movies for the first time!!!

Mama asked us if we wanted to go to the movies with her, Dalton and Parker. Well, my kids don't sit very still long, but I thought I would try. Braxton didn't feel good, so he stayed home with Scott and had a little "Walmart" time with him. Sawyer was so excited to go to the movies. He kept saying, " It is going to get dark, and there is going to be a BIG screen and I have to sit still and don't touch anything because there might be germs." Oh my germ-a-phobic has rubbed off on him!!!! I told him we would get popcorn and a coke... he was more excited about that then anything!!!

But when we got there, Maci started fussing because she was hungry, I popped her on my boob so where NO ONE even knew she was eating... and then... dun, dun, dun... Sawyer started whining because he didn't want to watch the movie. OH NO am I going to have to go sit in the car with him the whole movie? Thank the lord for JoJo and Dalton because mama took Sawyer out to talk to him, and Dalton sat there with Parker since I couldn't get up. When he came back in, he was ready to watch the movie and he was fairly good considering he had to watch the move through the cracks of the seats because the seats where so big in front of us. Parker was so good, he just sat in JoJo's lap the whole time and laughed!!

Oh what a big help it was to have Dalton there too. He took the boys to the bathroom, he held there hand so they would run out in the street, and he told Sawyer that he was going to have to sit still during the movie. ONE BIG advantage of having a 7 year old sibling! Big help!

After the movie was over, (and I didn't watch the last 30 minutes b/c Maci was crying and I had to go out in the lobby), we put them back in the car to go home. Parker and Sawyer were acting silly in the back sit like best friends with there on language. That was so cute because it reminded me of how cool it is going to be with them growing up together!! It was so much fun and I can't wait to do it again!!! Maybe Maci will do a little better next time!

Braxton's 2nd Birthday Party

I can not believe that Braxton is 2 years old... well almost, next Wednesday is his birthday, 11.11.07! Braxton invited a couple of his closet friends and family over for the celebration.... he got lots of presents, a COOL HANDY MANNY cake that Grandma Patsy made, and had lots of fun! Here is a few pictures....

We had Brandy, Jackson, Reagan, Grandma and Grandpa over for the weekend so it was a weekend full of fun!

Braxton got a cool gift from Grandaddy Joe!!!! A Harley Davidson Leather Jacket, a Black Bandanna, and sunglasses! He is ONE BAD DUDE!!!

The kids dug into the cake that Grandma work so hard to make!!! It was so good!

I even got Maci smiling on camera for the first time!!! Thank you Jo-Jo for helping me do this!

The crazy house!

My day.... let's start at 11:00 pm.

11:00 pm- Nurse Maci, and put her down to sleep. Walk to my room, and try to take my make up off, and brush my teeth.
11:02- Run to her room because her passie fell out of her mouth and she is starting to stir around right before she cries.
11:05- Back to brushing my teeth.
11:07- She stirring again, ohhh that bed in my room looks so inviting and warm... but I need to make sure she is sleeping first.
11:15- Finally.... cuddling next to my snoring husband all warm.... uh, oh I hear Braxton coughing and crying for MOMMMMMIE!
11:25- Rocking Braxton, and just wishing I could be in my bed.
11:30- Braxton is asleep, I am back in my bed... feels so good!

Sleep FOR 2 or 3 hours.

2:30-3:30- Nurse Maci, and run back and forth to her room to put her passie in her mouth until she goes to sleep.
3:30- Sawyer crying for me because he sees monsters.

Sleep for 2 hours

5:45-6:45- Same as above. Just as I get back in my bed... see below.

7:00- Sawyer's door cracks open, he peeks out smiling saying "he took a nap" and Braxton is screaming, "Get me out, Get me out.... mommmmie!" All I am thinking is.... I want to climb back in my bed, BUT nope... time to get up for the day!

7:30- Mickey Mouse is on... Don't ask me what is going on in the world or what the weather is suppose to be like because unless it is "Go Diego Go" or "Mickey Mouse", then I DON'T KNOW!

8:00- Mommie, I want some juice... Mommie I am still hungry.... Mommie play with me..... Braxton, I had it first.... Braxton saying "SHARE Saw Saw".... Mommie read me a book.

8:30- Laundry
8:45- Dishes
9:00- Try to check email... but, I find out my keys are off my keyboard from where Braxton has decided to take them off and I am having problems typing because they don't work right now!

9:01- Braxton dumps a bag of screws all over the floor, and tries to put them down the vent.
9:10- Sawyer is playing with a dead spider on the floor.
9:11- Braxton is taking his diaper off
9:13- Braxton is climbing on top of the counter to wash his hands... his feet, the counter top, the floor, dumping all the soap in the sink

9:30- Breaking up the 20th fight between Sawyer and Braxton
9:31- Maci is crying because she is hungry.... but sawyer and braxton are Hungry too... Braxton opens the cabinet doors to get something to eat and Sawyer is trying to close them because he knows they are not suppose to be in there. They are screaming and fighting, and I have a baby on my boob!
9:33- Braxton and Sawyer comes screaming to me and running at ME and MACI's head FULL speed! I stick my leg out to stop the on coming terrible Two! No head injuries this time for my little girl.

9:50- Try to clean the glass table.... immediatly, little hands are touching it.... looks like it was never washed.

10:00- 11:00 Get them dressed to go outside... it takes an hour to get all 3 dressed warm, and after you get one dressed the other one has undressed themselves because they are HOT!

11:15- OUTSIDE- Mommy swing me, Mommie play in the dirt, Mommy put Maci down, Mommy I love Maci, Mommy I want some grapes, Mommy I am cold, Mommy I got to pee, MOmmy where is my jeep, Mommy did you see that?, Mommy watch!

12:30-Let me try to get the boys in for lunch. NOT the easiest task in the world! I have a baby in one hand, Braxton in the other screaming and kicking (this is my work out now days), And trying to use my deep voice to threaten Sawyer to get in the house too! You Know, the "I am going to count to 3 and you better be in that house Voice."

1:00- Mommy I don't want a sandwich, I want Chicken Nuggets. Oh yeah, I know you want chicken nuggets because you want them for Breakfast, Snack, Lunch and Dinner!

1:30- Nap time... Can I get all three down so I can catch a short snooze????
2:00- Back up to Sawyer's room because I hear him jumping on the bed. MACI IS WIDE AWAKE.
2:15- Back up to Sawyer's room because he is again, running around his room.... NOT SLEEPING. MACI IS still WIDE AWAKE.
2:30- Threaten Sawyer that he will stay up there all day and all night if he does not take a nap NOW!

3:00- Sawyer is finally asleep, Maci is finially asleep.... BUT BRAXTON IS UP! No nap today!

3:30- More laundry and dishes.
4:00 Should I continue to sweep and vacuum the floor since the kids shoes are always dirty, Scott's boots always track in mud.... ohhh, I should have just put in dirt floors!
4:15- Where is Braxton? Oh yeah, he is taking his diaper off again.
4:30- Try to do more laundry... where is Braxton??? Oh yeah, he is under my feet making me trip!
4:35- Where is Braxton... I hear him screaming and a thump... oh no, he fell off the stool that he is trying to climb up on the counter with and hit his head on the tile floor. Check the tile to see if it broke!

4:45- Maci is Hungry, Sawyer is up, and Braxton and Sawyer are fighting over the same skidsteer for the 100th time today. Boys you know there are two of the same skidsteer over there... BUT NOOOOOOO, they want "that" skidsteer! Oh yeah, and they are hungry and thirsty again! I am so sleepy... I am already thinking if I will be able to take a nap tomorrow.

5:00- Call Scott, Where are you at???

6:00- Try to get dinner ready while Braxton is screaming on my leg while wiping his snot on my pants, Sawyer is running around me with his truck aggravating Braxton and Maci is whinning for me because she has dropped her passie AGAIN.

6:30- Dinner is ready, Sawyer is telling Braxton that he is going to eat Braxton's food... Braxton is crying because he doesn't want Sawyer eating his food.

6:31- When is 7:30 coming? SO I can put them down for the night!
7:00- Bath time, and get ready for bed for the boys.
7:45- Would love to go to bed....but got to stay up until 11:00 before Maci is ready to go down... little night owl!

11:00- put Maci down, check on the boys... kiss their sweet cheeks... and pray to GOD, Thank you for my healthy children, thank you for my great husband, thank you for my chaotic life!


That is my day!!! Sounds fun huh?
