Weekend at the beach....

 
 
 
  LABOR DAY WEEKEND... yep, that usually means, going to the beach. And we did... with 6 adults and 4 children 2 and under in a 3 bedroom beach house. I was really nervous... not because of the children, but because of having everyone there in such a small house. AND the fact that Sawyer is still not up to par from his surgery.

Well the pictures descibe it! FUN! The kids were great except for a few 2 year old sharing problems, but that was excpected. And Sawyer didn't sleep well at night, so we didn't sleep well, and he was a little more irritable then normal, and so was I! BUT, Brandy and I actually got to read up on our "Celebrity" magazines, and Patsy fixed us yummy daquiri's!! It was really nice!

If you are looking at the pictures, the kids had a blast on the beach. Braxton was crawling every where, falling face first in the sand, and eating a little bit of dirt here and there. Sawyer was jumping in the waves, chasing birds with his dump truck and playing in the hole we dug for him. Reagan was playing in the water and picking up seashells! Jackson, well he just ate and slept most of the time. You wouldn't have even known he was there, except for the few times he cried! Such a sweet baby!

At night, Braxton had a few meltdowns, as you can see with the crying picture, but all in all, not so bad. The kids were jumping on the beds and the adults were drinking adult beverages!! Tommy and Scott cooked seafood almost every night too. I didn't even have to break out the hairdryer or makeup the whole weekend!
